When you say christmas, you are thinking on a green tree, presents and a lot of food. In Denmark a lot of people people also is thinking of badminton.
One of the biggest traditions in Copenhagen is the Copenhagen Masters. The best badminton players in Denmark is getting together in this Christmas Event. Top players like Peter Gade, Simon Santoso, Jan Ø. Jørgensen, the world champs Thomas Laybourn/Kamilla Rytter Juhl and Kido/Setiawan are on the pitch during the tournament.
One little thing has changed from the program. Joachim Fischer has problems with the knee, so Anders Kristiansen will replace him and play together with Christinna Pedersen.
Today it will be a nice day. Jan Ø. Jørgensen is playing against Marc Zwiebler from Germany. Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen will be in action in the middle of the day as well.
Tonight Peter Gade, Tine Rasmussen and the danish world champions Thomas Laybourn and Kamilla Rytter Juhl will try to beat the indonesian Widianto/Natsir.
